Recall procedure
In the event that a product is found to present a safety risk:
- Customers will be informed via website notices and/or direct communication.
- Clear instructions will be provided on product return, repair, or disposal.
- Refunds or replacements will be arranged where appropriate.
- Authorities will be notified in accordance with EU requirements.

HEALTH CONTRAINDICATIONS AND WARNINGS
- NICKEL ALLERGY: The massage tips (needles) of the device have a technological nickel layer beneath the gold plating.
- Due to the risk of an allergic reaction (e.g., redness, itching, rash), use of the device is contraindicated for individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to nickel.
- If any symptoms of skin irritation occur at the site of contact with the device, discontinue massage immediately and consult a physician.
- The manufacturer recommends that people with very sensitive skin perform a short spot test (1-2 minutes) before fully using the device.
WARRANTOR’S DISCLAIMERS:
The warranty does not cover:
- Allergic reactions and skin irritations resulting from the user’s individual hypersensitivity to the materials used in the production (in particular, to nickel contained in the subsurface layers of the massage elements).
- Natural wear of the gold plating (abrasion) resulting from use, which may expose the nickel layer. The user is required to read the instruction manual and contraindications before first use
WARNING! Risk of electric shock. Do not connect the device to a power supply that does not comply with the parameters specified in this manual – the parameters are given in section 8. Do not use a power supply unit with a damaged casing or one without the CE mark.
WARNING! Make sure that the voltage of the mains socket matches the voltage indicated on the power supply unit nameplate. After confirming that the casing is not damaged, connect the power supply unit to a properly installed mains socket.
WARNING! Do not operate the device with wet hands or in a damp environment (e.g. when taking a bath).
WARNING! The device or the power supply unit must not be immersed in or splashed with water or washed in a dishwasher.
WARNING! Use of the electrostimulation function on the head, neck, or heart area should be performed with care and only if you are familiar with proper application. Consult your healthcare professional before use. This caution applies exclusively to the electrostimulation feature of the device.
WARNING! The device emits red hyperlight. Avoid direct eye exposure when using the device. Do not look directly into the red hyperlight source when it is on.
WARNING! Ingress of liquids or foreign materials into the device enclosure may compromise device functionality and safety. Immediately power off the device if contamination occurs and arrange inspection and servicing only through an authorized repair center.
WARNING! Turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not allow liquid to enter any openings or the USB/power ports. Do not use alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or spray detergents directly on the device.
WARNING! Do not use the device if it shows any signs of damage to: the connection cable, casing, needles, LEDs or other parts.
WARNING! Do not perform any repairs or alterations yourself.
WARNING! To charge the battery, connect the device to a power supply unit using the USB cable provided.
WARNING! Repairs of the device may only be performer by an authorised ZEPTER repair centre. In the event of unauthorised repairs, the manufacturer’s liability is excluded.
WARNING! Before using this device, individuals with acute or chronic diseases should seek professional advice from a medical specialist to determine if this type of body stimulation is suitable for them!
WARNING! To ensure safe and effective use of the device, it must not be used by individuals with the following conditions or situations where use may pose a risk:
- with oncological diseases, photoallergy, or epilepsy,
- with circulatory system disorders including coronary heart disease or thrombosis,
- with electronic implants such as pacemakers or artificial heart valves,
- with open wounds, pathological skin lesions, or active skin conditions,
- who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consult a healthcare professional if you have any of the above conditions before using the electrostimulation function of this device.
WARNING! Battery Safety: This device contains a rechargeable battery. Never dispose of the device or its battery in fire or expose it to high temperatures. Doing so is dangerous and may cause the battery to explode or release hazardous materials.
WARNING! The device generates heat during operation. Avoid placing it on heat-sensitive surfaces and handle it with care after extended use, as certain parts may become warm.
